beko washing machine bits in bag . . ?

my drawer of my beko washing machine is leaking through the drawer, there are a couple of plastic pieces in a bag plus a metal ring with a lip, please could some1 tell me where they all go. and how to stop the leak

It sounds to me like one of the fill hoses is off. The ring is the part that holds it on to the inlet. Take the lid off and you will see.
