Ravenheat LS80 luke warm water?

Hello,

We have a Ravenheat LS80T and recently the hot water has kind of stopped working. The central heating is fine. The problem we have is to get luke warm water we turn the tap on full. Now it's obviously going through the system to fast to be heated properly but when you turn the tap down the bolier cuts out.

Any help would be much appreciated.

UPDATE! I've decided to change the diaphragm after reading articles on here. I have ordered the part but could someone please tell me if it is a complicated job? I've had a plumber quote me £120 for changing it. He said it should normally be £180. Is this something I could do myself?

Many thanks.
