I have forgot my password to my user account on my Windows 7 laptop, and I can't get onto it. It's a master account, so I can't access it on any other account on my laptop either. Please help me!

boot your pc in safe mode and log in as a adminstrator as you dont need a password as default they normally isnt one then when in go into users on control panel then select the account you are trying to get in and click remove password.

Take your Laptop with proof of ownership and ID to a local Computer Shop and I am sure that they will be able to help you.

I am sure that you will understand why I will not post how to hack Windows on an Open Forum. I hope that others won't either as it is receipe for even more stolen laptops and the violence that often accompanies such thefts.
