Hotpoint Ultima Super Silent FDW80 Dishwasher?

We moved into a new house a few months back and the above dishwasher was left for us! We have no user manual and whilst it's worked in the past is now stuck in Demo mode. How do we get it out of this please and has anyone got a user manual they could send me?

My upper spray arm is rather loose and hits the upper tray. Can it be tightened?

Press the program button (P) until demo goes. Then press start and on/off together. You should see D off. Dishwasher will work normally.
