Changed front brake pads on 45-150 daf, whole new caliper on off-side, all went to-gether ace, tried it , brakes magic, now warning about ABS in warning panel ???
You may have disturbed the abs rings on the discs. They rust. If lorry is under 4 years old this will be covered by warranty at a DAF dealer - known problem

no didnt know you could push them to-wards the disc , have to try in the morning

may be too much air gap between disc and sensors,did you push abs sensors towards discs to reset them?
