cdt00 keeps tripping the power , its not the fuse ,help?

my drier keeps tripping the power. it works for 10 seconds then trips, ive checked the fuse in the plug .its ok can anyone help

take the back plate off and check there isnt any water in there, the fan could be flicking the water on to the element.if there is dry with a cloth and leave to dry out.
