i need to fix my new shape renault laguna's electric window it has stopped workin and i think it has come off the runners and i dont know how to get into the door panal

The door panel has two screws at the bottom and one in the door latch. The panel itself is glued and you will have to carefully prize it away.
Renault sell the replacement glue seals for £6.
At the bottom of the door you will find the motor - if you hear the motor winding then the electrics to it are ok.
On the motor there is a white plastic tube that houses a metal type of coil.
That was loose on mine and when I rammed it back in (bit of force) the window started working again - think more so by luck

If the motor is running then the plastic teeth are worn and you will need a complete unit,the new regulators use a cable type setup and you cannot replace it you will need the complete unit.
I presume you have checked the fuses and relays first!!
