I have a Dyson washing machine (CR01 - Purple) and I have the following fault - error code 2701 and another message saying something about WATER (I can't read it as the display is failing) I have tried following the Power off/ temp/ soil type etc fault solver but when I put the power back on, the machine still appears to be trying to pump out water but the drum is empty - Help :-)
