i have cleaned the filter should there be a ping pong ball in the filter, it still will not spin and empty could it be the pump?

There is a filter under the wash tub,located to the rear in an L shaped hose.It is not meant to be user accesible.Disconnect the clips at each end of the hose and it will come away.The filter is inside and can uaually be cleaned quite easily. The problem you will have is putting it all back together!Good luck!
