i have had mine for nearly 3 years now but after only 18 months it would start emptying mid cycle & the dial would go round on it's own. i did what it said in the manual to reset it but i kept doing it. i've had the engineer out to it 6 times for the same problem - last time he came he made out it was my own fault, claiming there was damp behind the machine but there wasn't. my extended warrantly runs out in september & i'm dredding it breaking down after then. does anyone have the same problem?

Hi Kathy, as I have told countless people these washers do this for any reason whatsoever, they are cr*p, they do this if the water pressure is low, if the waste is partially blocked, if the heater is gone, if they are having an off day, if the day has an a in it and if you have the wrong colour shoes on etc, etc. By now I think you get the picture but the engineers will tell you anything to get out of the house.
