icemaker?

I have a 7 year old GE fridge working well, except one problem: Ice is forming on the inside top front section. Ice is also forming (inside) around the hole that dispenses the ice and around the hole of the ice holder tray. There seems to be excessive moisture in the freezer. It is concentrated around the ice tray distribution hole and the hole that dispenses the ice. Serial # ma242498. Please help!
