Toad Alarm problem on Citroen Saxo?

My Citroen Saxo has a Toad alarm immobiliser fitted to it. Generally it works fine but in the cold (freezing) weather the central locking works O.K. but the immobiliser will not disarm. As soon as temperature warms up it then works O.K. again.
