yes its got that lever! thats the 1 i pumped whilst moving the slide!
u do hav 2 keep pumping it tho to get any revs!

just to confirm though ross when you open the throttle up on the handlebar does the black small arm move and push the plunger down inot the float bowl.the metal bit that the throttle cabkle goes into should touch the black plastic arm and push it a little bit every time you open the throttle.

ok ross this means the normaal jets in thwe carb are not clear and they are not supplying the right amount of fuel to flow into the engine,this is why when you pump this lever its runs as its getting the fuel its craving for to run.you really need to take both the pilot and main jet out and make sure they are both clear.let me know how it goes.
