WELL NOW TO CHANGING THE DRIVE BELT ON YOUR ZTR 4515
IF YOU HAVE A CEMENT FLOOR TO LAY ON IT WILL MAKE IT
GO WITH A LITTLE EASE IF YOU HAVE A FLOOR JACK TAKE IT
PUT THE JACK UNDER THE FRAME ON THE BACK OF THE MOWER
UNDER THE MOTER JACK THE BACK OF IT UP SO YOU CAN LAY UNDER THE MOWER AND WHEN YOU ARE UNDER THE MOWER
AND YOU WILL NEED TWO 1/2 INCH WRENCHES AND TWO 9/16 Inch WRENCHES AND TO TAKE THE CUTTING DECK DRIVE BELT OFF GO TO THE FRONT SIDE OF THE MOWER LOOK UNDER And ON THE FROUNT OF THE MOWER DECK YOU WILL SEE A PART WITH A ROD ON IT LOOK UP AND ON THE DECK LIFT FROUNT PART YOU WILL SEE A FLAT PART WITH A HOLE IN IT PUT THE ROD IN THE HOLE AND YOU MAY HAVE TO MOVE THE DECK LEVER ALL THE WAY FORWARD A THEN PUT THE ROD IN THE HOLE AND THEN MOVE THE THE DECK LEVER ALL THE WAY BACK THEN GO BACK
UNDER THE MOWER AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE DECK BELT OFF WHEN YOU GET THE BELT OFF LOOK UP AND YOU SHOULD SEE A WIRE CONNETER UNPLUG THE WIRE AND LOOK
UP AND YOU SHOLD SEE A L SHAPED PART THAT GOES AND HOLD
ES THE BLADE CLUTH TAKE YOUR TOOLES TAKE THE BOLT OUT
AND REMOVE THE PART AFTER YOU HAVE REMOVED THE PART
LOOK UP TOO THE AND YOU WILL SEE A TENSON PULLEY TAKE A
PAIR OF VISE GRIPS REMOVE OR UNHUKE THE SPRING FROM THE
HOLE IT IS IN THEN YOU WILL BE ABIL TO GET THE BELT OFF
AND CHANGE IT TO PUT BACK TOGETHER JUST REVERSE WHAT
