how can i fix my dyson dc03 absolute?

this cleaner functions when switced on and sucks up, but the brushes will not rotate; the belt is not broken as i have checked this, please help.

it could be simply that the clutch is switched off or the inner belt is broken or the brush bar is jammed both belts can be replaced but be carefull most poeple will tell you it needs a clutch this possible but not lickly
