hi dave that sounds better TA first thing is to eliminate the fault, if you take the cover off the control panel and look on the left of the control board you will find conectors marked SOUND =COMMS=+13V=OV=TAMP IF YOU TAKE THE WIRES OUT OF THE TAMP AND PUT A LINK WIRE IN and replace the cover and press reset and see if it works now if it does you have a fault on the key pad tamper, if not you will have to try the tamper next to the PA and put a link wire in if it has not got one in already and try that, if that fails then you have one on the control panel cover make sure that this one works, and also you have one on the bell box outside the terminals marked T-A-D-B you can put a link wire in the T and A leave the existing wires in as well and try this let me know how you get on bazzzzzzz
