Sounds as if your boiler is over expanding, either blockage to expansion vessel or not enough air in expansion vessel, check air first when boiler cold should be around 1 bar pressure can use a car tyre pressure guage or footpump to check. Red cyclinder usually housed at the very back of the boiler same type of valve as on car tyres
