Never heard of the model, you need to know first of all if your electrics are 50hz or 60hz and the details on the motor or a picture of the plug on the motor, you can email me by typing my address as you say it not as you see it, try and email a picture of the machine and machimne plug if you can, if you only need the foot control without the lead then you only need to know the electrics above.
