I have a Dyson DC 07 vacuum cleaner and the internal hose is torn. I have the replacement but cannot get the old one off the machine. Anyone have a clue on how to remove it without wrecking the machine?

you just twist and pull it untill it comes off then do the top bit and if the rubbery plastic grey thing is on the end of the hose then it is supposed to be like that now insert the hose the grey round thing goes into the machine and the other part on the bottom hope this helps! :)
