How can I fix Samsung Washing Machine B14145J?
Hiya, my washing machine does not rotate, you can hear the motor going but the clothes stay at the bottom. when placed on a hot wash full rotation doesnt take place until half way through the cycle. Rinses and spins perfectly. Can you help?
