I have an older Hoover vacuum and the belt broke and I looked up the # for the belt replacement and bought a new one. I took off the cover and pulled out the beater brush and put the belt around it and put it back together, but it is still not spinning around, and I dont know how to make the belt connect to the machine so it will spin around
