Its hard to get my car in gear?

Its harder than usual to get my peugeot 206 into gear and it keeps juddering whats wrong and how can i fix it

sounds like you have either a faulty or worn clutch or a badly adjusted clutch cable.check cable adjustment and make sure the cable is in good condition and free.
