no water in ice maker, but i can get just water to drink, it some how water is not getting to ice maker. It is a Kitchen Aid side by side ksrs25IHBL00. Thank you for your help.
if the water inlet hose to the ice maker has frozen up this could be your problem.turn appliance off for 24hrs and then retry and see if it works.could be a faulty heater??
