check all flasher bulbs on r/h side including wing repeater ,bulbs must be 21w front and rear and 5w on wing repeater,they wont flash at correct rate if not.[this is to let you know there is one out when they flash at a faster rate].

Your left hand bulb has failed causing a double flash on the opposite side, or the contact is not good on the other side. Have a try,good luck,
