jcb 3cx white cab model,Lost drive in forward but reverse is normal?

Checked transmission pressure at 1000rpm approx 10 bar,12 at 2000rpm.Maybe forward clutch pack faulty.how can i check pressure to the clutch packs when drive engaged.

had exact same problem with mine, turned out all it needed was transmission fluid topping up. Checking level with engine off will show its normal on the dipstick, you need to have the engine running and engage drive a few times so the fluid goes into the clutch packs etc. Then check the level using the stupidly long dipstick next to the battery. Took about half a litre with mine and then it worked perfectly.

90% sure forward drive has gone. Needing new plates in forward pack. You can't do it yourself. Dont waste time asking around for a 2nd opinion. If you need the digger get it mended by someone. The clue is in the fact reverse is ok, 'cos it doesn't get anything like as much use. I bet you get forward drive when the oil is cold?
