this error comes up when the water level doesn't reach a set level within the time allowed.if it leaks then this would cause said issue.i can't help with leak so you need to take the lid off and watch where water comes from and then resolve issue.remove soap draw and check its clean underneath and remove the plastic bit in the soap draw with MAX written on it and make sure the tubes underneath are clean and not blocked with conditioner
