Bosch wfd 2060 electronic washing machine?

Hello. I have a Bosch wfd 2060 electronic washing machine. Yesterday it stopped drum action. I've checked the belt, it is fine. The drum spins freely, no resistance. I can hear the electronic click that signals the drum to rotate/spin but no action. Any ideas?

if there is a lot of black dust around the backside of the engine then the small pieces made of cole are wornd out. You can get new ones from your dealer.
