My front wing on a Y reg ford focus 1800 Zetec is rusty will I be able to replace this myself as it is a bolt on part? Any specific tools required?

as long as yo remove inner wheel arch plastic first just a socket set and mayby a torque screw only fitted on some models will be required some bolts hidden behind wheel arch think oly 4 got to a scrapyard strip 1 off there to find out how to do youre mayby even find right colour wing there added bonus and cheaper than new
