do not buy ford cargo rubbers of ebay they are to soft and can not keep preasure buy original ford rubbers. If you can not find cargo rubbers use ford transit brake servo rubbers they maintain the preasure needed for a good cluch, air bleed the system with compressor or other air systems

back bleed it, a cleen oil can and a length of screen wash pipe and a lighter to make the end of the pipe soft and fit over the nipple on the oil can then over the bleed nipple this will push the fluid up make sure the cap is off on the res-bottle. any air that is in the pipe work will be pushed out then you should start to get pressure and then lock off the bleed nipple and fit the rubber cap over the end of the nipple pump the clutch aprox 20 times and you should be fixed
