radiator overheating?

My radiator on my 1962 Mercedes overheats within 10 minutes of starting. How can I prevent this?

Seems to be overheating very quickly.First check for any sign of water in the oil symptoms of blown head gasket. Second remove thermostat and recheck.Other possible causes are blocked radiator or faulty water pump best of luck.
