Hi, I have a rather new Bosch Nexxt 300 Series washer. The washer will begin the wash cycle normally but will stop and give an error code of E-02 in the middle of the first part of the washing. Can you please tell me what the code stands for and what I can do to. I did call Lowes and they sent a repair tech. The tech claimed he was not able to take care of this problem and that was it. So what do I do????
I read that it might be low water pressure. Try cleaning the intake screens where the fill hoses come into the machine.

Try unplugging the machine, waiting 30 seconds, and plugging it back in. I've done this a couple of times now and it seems to work fine. I have no idea what the E02 error code is or what is causing it to appear.

I'm having the same problem. Have you tried calling Bosch. Their no. is 1-800-944-2904. I've had this machine for a 1 1/2 and have more problems with this machine than with top load machines that were far cheaper. I'm very disappointed in this washer. I will be calling these people tommorrow. I think they are open from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
