Simpson Sirocco 500 tumbler dryer repair?

I have a Simpson 500 siroccco tumble dryer that runs for 5-7 minutes and then shuts off. After cooling down its operational again

I assume its the thermostat.

Question. Where is the thermostat located?
and how do I replace it?
