How to repair hands of the wrist watch?

The second-hand of my wrist watch came off, completely and is now wobbling around inside the face of the watch. It obviously does not run without the second-hand. How can I take it apart to try to fix it. It is a Quartz, Cardini watch. If anyone can help I will really appreciate it.
