This multipurpose tool worked well until last fall. It would not turn over when the pull start was attempted. I removed the factory installed spark plug and then returned the plug and the motor worked fine. It now will not turn over again. I remove the plug and pull and the motor turns over. I return the same plug and it binds or won't turn over. Is there a solution or diagnosis.

If this machine has oil in the sump ( 4 stroke ) it has been tipped and now you have oil above the piston causeing a hydraulic effect, drain oil, remove plug and crank engine until there is no more oil coming from the top of the engine, re fill sump and try again.
