Well that doesn't give me alot to go on.
But here are the basics.
You can buy the starter rope and handles at any home or hardware store. Remove the starter blower housing and remove the old rope. Wind the spring counter-clockwise until it's tight, then back it off until the rope hole in the blower housing lines up with the hole in the rope pulley. Lock the pulley in place with locking pliers or a c-clamp to keep it from unwinding. Then thread the new rope through the blower housing hole and through the pulley hole. Tie a single knot to secure it to the pulley. Then release the clamp and slowley allow the spring to wind in the rope. Put the new handle on so the spring has enough tension to hold it place.
