Cordon Bleu slow cooker lid ?

Does anyone know where to buy a lid for my CB slow cooker? When I lift out the crock pot, etched onto the aluminium are the words, "Replacement items obtainable from Cordon Bleu, Unit 18, Bryggen Road, Kings Lynn, Norfolk." I can't find this on the web. Any help please?

I love my cordon bleu slow cooker, but broken the lid. cordon bleu manufacturing are no longer available. I had to buy a new slow cooker but keeping my old one hopeing to find a lid to fit it
