how can i fix my hotpoint aquarius 1100 washing machine?

Please help my washing machine will not work the prewash light is constantly flashing and the powder and conditioner is not emptying so therefore my washing is not getting clean. Do i need a new washer i've had this for 4 years Please Help!!!
