My Prima LPR 600 dishwasher fills and heats the water and empties during the wash cycle but does not rotate the spray arms and wash the dirty dishes. The soap dispenser opens but it does not use the soap tablet. I can hear the pump running but it doesn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions?

the circulation pump is seized up or the impellor inside the pump has been stripped.remove the circulation pump and check the impellor condition.slim chance it could be a faulty start capacitor for the motor
