I have a mk3 mondeo , my brake lights don't work , hi level does??

I have a mk3 mondeo , my brake lights don't work , my tail lights do , and so does my hi level brake light , bulbs ok ... And ideas???

I haven't but would the high level work and the tail lights in the same bulbs if it was a fuse ?? I don't know I'm a diy novice .. Sorry
