daf 45 160 engine?

daf 45 when driving or reving engine it will blow oil and deisel mix down the engine breather pipe

is engine oil diluted with diesel and above full mark on dipstick,then i suspect injection pump front seal is u/s [poss due to excess wear on gear] it could also be lift pump diaphragm gone ,but this would give other problems!
