Oven doesnt work in cold weather - circuit board?

How do i find the model number for my Optima 589 electric oven? I've looked all round the edge - inside the doors and outside. Nothing! Something wrong with the circuit board - goes off when cold. Starts again when warm up the circuit board with a hair dryer!!!
