How do I unblock my LG wd1049c frontloader washing machine?

My washing machine will not go into spin cycle it will make a groaning noise, I have checked to see if there is a blockage and can't seem to find it.

It's not block you have a dead motor.
Mine is identical, the groaning is the motor attempting to drive, but can't.
