removing fiat128 cylinder head ?

my cylinder head for a fiat 128 pickup is stuck and can not come off even after winching the head to chain block..this only got the car up in the air. how do i do it without damaging the head?

finally figured out how to do it. one need remove the four studs first before removing the head.
