redring 650 slimline shower fault?

shower stopped working checked solenoid resistance found ok 3.5 k/ohm found voltage on terminals only on the brown terminal to main incomming neutral terminal not reading across both terminals on solenoid? lights all work but no water flow

Redoing 650 start button will not switch on on to start the shower no wee red light. Can u buy a start switch for it
