Aquatronic2-The water stopped flowing?

Whilst having a shower this morning the water stopped and the power light on the unit went out. There is plenty of water pressure and the power light on the external power switch so I have power and water pressure - can you help?

paul m don't give faulse info if you don't know about electric showers.

the TCO has nothing to do with the loss of the power light or water supply.

if you have lost the power light to the shower and the pullcord is still alight you need to check the connections.
have you live power to the shower unit ?

Hi, it could be that the safety thermal cutout on the water tank has operated. You would need some-one who knows about electrics to check if it is open circuit or not. If it has operated then check if something else has got hot to make it operate (poor wire connections, etc)
If it's not that it may be a break in the wiring somewhere.
Hope this helps
