repair/replace speed control module on my Kenwood chef model A701 ?

Serial No 228993.
this machine will no longer operate at lower speed settings and runs from switch on at maximum speed.
apparently there is an electronic module mounted under the motor and whilst this appears to move (mechanically) when the speed control is twisted there is no speed variation

Many thanks for the offer of your old Kenwood A701 which we may be able to "cannibalize" for spares for my faulty machine.
Please supply me with an email address so that I can ask my son, who is resident in Bournemouth and a UK citizen, to get it from you and bring it out to me when he comes home to SA later in the year.
I am assuming that you are UK based - if not please advise.
Thanks

I have a spare A701 that could be used for spares. I have cannibalised it with bits of the outer plastics, mainly the control knob. If you are prepared to pay the cost of postage I would be happy to send it to you.
