DEAR SIR OR MADAM
l writing to you hoping you can help me with problem l
have l got a lexmark X1180 and the ink carriage holder
has broken off so l can,t keep it closed l just wondered
if this could be replaced with another holder the one broken his to hold the black ink in 17 if so could you get me a price on it please.

With respect to your broken printer part - spares will be difficult to obtain - a computer and peripheral maintenance company may (may) be able to help you - try Yellow Pages but with labour the total cost may almost match the price of a new printer.
