It is not cleaning the bottom row. Although I can turn the 'propeller' easily, when I set it going and open the machine it is always in the same place which seems to indicate that it is not turning. I have freed the holes which were loosely blocked with food particles and I can see water flowing through when I open the door but it doesn't appear to have changed position.
