key fob was working fine yesturday, come out today for the school run and the fob wont open the doors and the key wont work in the drivers door. it will open the boot in the key lock but thats it. do i need a new fob or does any one have any ideas. please help!!!!!!!
thanks for your reply mark, my friend said the same , she even offered to put her battery from her key into mine to see if this works, but do you know why the doors wont unlock with the acutal key its self.

Its is a very common fault that the battery inside the fob fails or the solder tag on the battery holder fails.
Most key cutting shops will change the battery in the fob for a fiver, try that first
