how can i fix the back winscreen wiper?

the rear windsreen wiper on my rover 25 has stopped moving, ive checked the fuses and there ok, front wipers work fine, is it the wiper motor by any chance?

hi, having trouble with my ford focus back wiper. the front wiper works on 2nd setting not the 1st back wiper doesnt work at all.. i have checked the fuses and relays they are all fine. any advice?
